The aim of this study was to explore the service quality about the high quality pediatric asthma outpatient clinic project in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). These data were collected from the relatives of the participants in this project in one medical center of northern Taiwan. There were 67 valid questionnaires enrolled into analysis (response rate 75.3%). The results revealed that the most agreed item was ”The nurses have friendly attitude.” by all the respondents. The most disagreed item was ”The five-musical therapy of TCM is helpful to the patients.” In the accepted bronchodilator inhaler treatment family group, there were 80% respondents agreed that the frequency of bronchodilator inhaler use was declined. There were strong relationships between self-provided willing and the complementary and alternative medicine experiences (p=0.002).
