摘要


現代醫學證實許多慢性病並非單純從外部感染而來,而是來自本身不自覺之不良生活習慣所造成。人一生有三分之一以上的時光,都在睡臥休息中渡過,睡眠姿勢是否適當?攸關人體健康不能等閒視之。 如何避免不良睡姿,對人體帶來之諸多危害,實乃養生保健,治未病,預防醫學的重要課題。

Many chronic diseases is not caused by external infection, there are come from bad living habits. More than a third of time in Human's life spent rest and lying in bed, sleeping position is whether or not appropriates that it relative to health. How to avoid bad sleeping position which will bring hazards of the human body, it is an important issue for health care, evilness treatment and preventive medicine.
