人工溼地淡水螺的分布與水質變化之關係

The Relationship of the Water Factor and the Distributions of Freshwater Snail in Constructed Wetland

摘要


為了深入了解人工溼地中淡水螺與水體環境間的交互關係,本研究利用嘉南藥理科技大學校園中之人工溼地,依據溼地中BOD(Biochemical Oxygen Demand)高至低之不同,劃分四個區塊,進行軟體動物相及各項水質因子的調查。經因素分析分析結果顯示,總凱氏氮、總磷、磷酸鹽、硝酸鹽、亞硝酸鹽以及水中含氣量(溶氧量)等水質參數為影響人工溼地水體狀況的主要因子。再應用判別分析得知,人工溼地中總凱氏氮及磷酸鹽逐升高,溶氧量下降時,福壽螺(Pomacea canaliculata)之生物量會隨即升高;當水中總凱氏氮、磷酸鹽及BOD削減後,台灣網蜷(Melanoides tuberculatus formosensis)及網蜷(Melanoides tuberculatus)的族群生物量會有上升的趨勢。本研究結果顯示,人工溼地淡水螺群聚會隨著水質變化改變而改變其群聚之結構,期許此結果可以提供日後人工溼地設計與維護之憑籍。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the water factors effect of freshwater snail in constructed wetland. We divided four study sites, according to wetland BOD in Chia Nan University constructed wetland. Our results showed the major factor, total Kjeldahl nitrogen (TKN), total phosphorus (TP), phosphate (PO4(superscript 2+)), nitrate (NO(superscript 3-)), nitrite (NO(superscript 2-)) and dissolved oxygen (DO), affect water quality in constructed wetland. Discriminant analysis showed that biomass of apple snail (Pomacea canaliculata), Melanoides tuberculatus formosensis and Melano ides tuberculatus shift to follow the water parameter such as TKN, PO4(superscript 2+), DO and Biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) constructed wetland. Our result this should can offer design and maintain according with constructed wetland in the future.
