Descriptions of Conomitra biokoensis n. sp. from West Africa and Conomitra picturata n. sp. and Conomitra floris n. sp. from the Philippines (GASTROPODA: VOLUTAMITRIDAE)

西非海域西非渦筆螺新種與菲律賓近海繽紛渦筆螺新種與花漾渦筆螺新種之研究

摘要

One West African new species and two Philippine new species belonging to the VOLUTOMITRIDAE are described and assigned to the genus Conomitra. Shell list and character of Conomitra is briefly reviewed. Conomitra biokoensis n. sp. from eastern Central Atlantic Ocean is described and compared with five recent Conomitra from the Caribbean Sea. Mitra alabaster from the Philippines is allocated to Conomitra alabastri n. comb.. Mitra sibuyanensis from the Philippines is allocated to Conomitra sibuyanensis n. comb.. Conomitra picturata n. sp. and Conomitra floris n. sp. are described from the Philippines and compared to Conomitra alabastri n. comb..
