除草劑對類地毯草葉綠素含量之影響

摘要

類地毯草（Carpetgrass, Axonopus affinis Chase）為多年生匍匐性的禾草，為本省極具發展潛力的一種坪草。為在該種草坪建立時，除草劑的施用可能影響其後續之管理栽培，故本文探討除草劑2,4-D、atrazine、chloramben、fluazifop-butyl、metribuzin、pendimethalin等藥劑的施用對植株葉綠素之影響。初步結果發現，供試六種除草劑中除pendimethalin藥劑處理外，其他處理均會明顯降低類地毯草葉綠素含量，特別以2,4-D、fluazifop-butyl最為嚴重，在管理栽培上至值留意。

Carpetgrass, Axonopus affinis Chase,is a sod-forming turf gras for lawns and parks. The objective of this study was conducted to eiucidate the effects of six herbicides, 2,4-D,atrazine, chloramben,fluazifop-butyl,metribuzin, and pendimethalin, on the responses of carpetgrass. With exception of pendimethalin, the other herbicides reduced the chlorophyll content of carpetgrass, especially in 2,4-D and fluazifop-buty1 treatment.
