溫度及有機介質對不同草坪植物生長之影響

Effects of Temperature and Organic Medium on the Growth of Different Varieties of Turfgrass

摘要


本研究擬探討溫度及介質等二因子對不同草坪植物生育之影響,以期建立利用水稻育苗盤及本土化介質應用在草坪植物育苗之栽培技術。由試驗結果顯示,目前坊間常見的十種草坪植物,其種子發芽特性大多較適應於15~25℃之溫度範圍,且不同草種間之平均種子發芽率亦有顯著差異。另太空包推肥介質處理之種子發芽率低於泥炭苔處理,其原因應與太空包推肥介質的EC值較高於泥炭苔有關。在不同有機介質處理對植株生質量之影響上,不同草種間的反應不甚一致,惟以太空包推肥配合泥炭苔2:1處理及泥炭苔處理的平均表現較佳。以植體中氮、磷及鉀含量而言,在普通百慕達草、撒哈拉百慕達草、類地毯草等不同草種間之養分含量差異變化不大,且無論是植株地上部或根部,其氮、磷及鉀含量之變化趨勢,顯然與介質的營養成分含量高低有密切相關。綜合植株生質量及養含量而言,以太空包堆肥配合泥炭苔2:1處理的表現結果較優且均衡,而且利用水稻育苗盤栽培草坪植物的可行性頗高,值得進一步研究。

In order to promote the technique on using rice seedling box for cultivation of turfgrass seedlings, two experiments were conducted to assess the effects of temperature and organic medium on the growth of different kinds of turgrasses. The results indicated that there were significantly different on the germination rate of ten common turfgrass varieties. By the germination rate, the suitable temperature range was about 15-25.C for most of those turfgrass varieties. The EC value of mushroom compost were higher than peat moss, thus the germination rate on treatments of mushroom compost medium were lower than peat moss treatments. The biomass of different grass varieties on the treatments of organic medium were significantly different. There were no significant difference on N, P, and K contents among different grass varieties (such as common bermudagrass, sahara bermudagrass, crpetgrass). However, the N, P and K contents of shoot or root of grass were significantly affected by the nutrient contents of organic medium. Therefore, it may concluded that the medium of mushroom compost with peat moss volume ratio 2:1 has better effect on tissue biomass and nutrient contents than other medium, and it is suggested on using rice seedling box to culture turfgrass seedlings.
