雞傳染性華氏囊病移行抗體之分布與消長及其與疫苗免疫之關係

A Survey on Maternal Antibody Status against Infectious Bursal Disease Virus and Estimate of Vaccination Point

摘要


針對1場白色肉種雞場及3場有色肉種雞場及其下游肉雞場各1場進行雞傳染性華氏囊病(IBD)移行抗體分布及消長之調查。結果顯示1日齡雛雞平均中和移行抗體量約為種雞之56-68%(中位數64.8%),而ELISA移行抗體量約為種雞之46-81%(中位數56.2%)。中和移行抗體之半衰期為3.3-6.3天(中位數4.0天),ELISA移行抗體之半衰期為4.2-9.7天(中位數4.9天)。而雛雞的移行抗體參差不齊,同一群之1日齡雛雞最高及最低中和抗體價相差可達16-256倍之多,而ELISA抗體的變異係數亦達16-65%,由於此種移行抗體力價之參差不齊,因此雛雞的多次免疫顯有必要。當雛雞群平均中和抗體價在550倍以上時,對IBD疫苗接種並無抗體反應,需待平均中和抗體價在150倍以下時才會有良好免疫反應。

One white broiler breeder farm and three simulative native broiler breeder farms were surveyed on the maternal antibody (MAb) against infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV). The amounts of the virus neutralizing (VN) MAb and the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) MAb of the chicks were about 56-68% (median 64.8%) and 46-81% (median 56.2%) of the hens, respectively. The half-life of the VN-MAb was estimated to be 3.3-6.3 days (medain 4.0 days), and ELISA-MAb was 4.2-9.7 days (median 4.9 days). There were wide variations in both the ELISA-MAb (coefficeint of variaton of each flock range from 16% to 65%) and VN-MAb (the highest titer was 16 to 256 times higher than the lowest titer within a flock) in the day-old chicks from the same breeder flock. No immune response to IBD vaccine was observed in the progeny flocks with mean VN-MAb titer above 1:550, while good immune response was observed in the flocks with mean VN-MAb titer below 1:150.
