採血部位對Wistar大鼠血液學的影響

Effect of Sampling Site on Hematology Parameters in Wistar Rats

摘要


自10週齡Wistar大鼠公母各20隻,採取左心室、右心室和腹大靜脈腔血,以分析性別及不同採血部位對血液學的影響。在血液學項目中,白血球(WBC)、紅血球(RBC)、血紅葉(HGB)、血容比(HCT)、平均紅血球血紅素含量(MCH)、平均紅血球血紅素濃度(MCHC)、血小板(PLT)、平均血小板容積(MPV)、嗜中性球(NEU)、淋巴球(LYM)、單核球(MONO)和嗜酸性球(EOSI)皆有性別上的差異。自腹大靜脈腔所採取的血液,其中白血球、血小板、淋巴球數和單核球數皆較採自左心室和右心室為高,採自左心室的白血球數和淋巴球數皆較採作自右心室和腹大靜脈腔為低。

In this study we examined whether sampling sites could influence hematologic parameters in Wistar rats. Blood samples were collected from twenty 10-week-old Wistar rats of either sexes via left ventricle, right ventricle or abdominal vena cava. Our results showed that total red blood cell count, total and differential white cell counts, hemoglobin, hematocrit, mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, platelet count and mean platelet volume exhibited differences between male and female rats Blood samples collected from abdominal vena cava had higher white cell, platelet, lymphocyte and monocyte counts than those collected from either the left or right ventricles. On the other hand, the lowest white cell and lymphocyte counts were observed in blood samples collected from the left ventricles. our study suggested that sampling sites should be taken into consideration while interpretating hematological data.
