台灣家禽白血病在雞流行狀況的ELISA血清學調查

摘要

以家禽白血病病毒抗體酵素免疫吸附試驗(ELISA) 套組調查各品種雞隻之白血病(AL)流行狀況，於1997年在總計由116塌採集之465隻肉雞、肉種雞、蛋雞和土種雞中，雞隻和雞群之ALV血清陽性率分別為11.0 % (51 /405) 和27.6% (32/116)。於1998 年8 至9 月由18 場採集之138 隻肉種雞和土種雞調查中，雞隻與雞群血清陽性率分別為21.5 % (30/138) 和66.7% (12/18)。各品種雞均可檢出ALV 陽性血清雞隻，但僅限於兩種品種的肉種雞。以J亞型ALV(ALV-J)抗體ELISA套組檢測上述1997 和1998 年抽取的血清，同時再由11家肉種雞場採集210隻肉種雞血清一同調查ALV-J抗體。結果於1997、1998和1999年所探的血清之ALV-J抗體陽性率分別為1.9% ( 9/405) 、13.0% (18/138) 和23.3% (48/210)。於1997、1998 和1999 年之雞群陽性率分別為6.9%(8/116) 、55.6% ( 10/18) 和81.8% (9/ 11) 0 ALV-J 於台灣雞隻之感染率逐年增加，目前已感染了三種肉種雞以及一些產蛋雞。

The prevalence of avian leucosis (AL) in chickens in Taiwan was investigated using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits. A total of 465 broiler (8), broiler breeder (88), layer (L) or native breeder (NB) chicken sera were collected during 1997 from 116 flocks throughout Taiwan, another 138 sera were collected from 18 88 and N8 flocks from August to September, 1998. For the chicken and flock of 1997, the seropositive rate was 11.0% (51/465) and 27.6% (32/116) , respectively. The seropositive rate on breeds of chickens in decreasing order was 8 (15.1 %), N8 (10.9%), 88 (9.1 %) and L (5 .9 %). For the chicken and f lock of 1998, the seropositive rate was 21.5% (30/138) and 66.7% (12/18), respectively. Although ALV seropositive was found in all breeds, it was limited only to two breeds of 88. The aforementioned sera collected in 1997 and 1998 and another 210 sera collected from 11 88 f locks in 1999 were investigated for the subgroup J of ALV (ALV-J) antibody through the use of an ALV-J antibody ELISA kit. The seropositive rate for 1997, 1998 and 1999was 1.9% (9/465), 13.0 % (18/138) and 23.3% (491210), respectively, while the flock seropositive rate for 1997, 1998 and 1999 was 6.9% (8/116), 55.6% (10/18) and 81.8% (9/11), respectively. This shows an annual increment in the ALV-J seropositive rate in chickens and their flocks. All three breeds of 88 and some layers in Taiwan were seropositive of ALV-J infection.
