摘要
本文收集北半球500mb 1967年至1976年十年冬季（12月，1月，2月）的資料，對發生於歐亞大陸之阻塞高壓及太平洋之阻塞高壓加以統計分析，利用重力位高度及溫度剖面圖，瞭解阻塞高壓的結構，並以動量通量及平均氣流動能與擾動動能之轉換情形來討論阻塞高壓的成長與維持。本文最後討論阻塞高壓與持續寒潮之關係。

We first analyze the statistics of blocking highs in the Pacific and Eurasia in winter seasons of 1967 to 1976. Cross sections along 45N, 55N And 65N latitude circles of both Pacific and Eurasia blocking highs are then analyzed. It is found that the Eurasia blocking high has the baroclinic structure. while the Pacific blocking high has the equivalent barotropic structure. We also compute the rates of kinetic energy changes of mean flow (regional mean) and eddy motion (blocking high) as well as the barotropic energy conversion between them.The changes of kinetic energy of mean and eddy motion are out of phase and are .contributed by the barotropic energy conversion term. We finally discuss the relationship between the blocking high and the persistent cold-surge in Taiwan.
