摘要

本文總覽2009年8月4日到8月10日莫拉克颱風侵襲臺灣前後期間，臺灣地區各種大氣與海洋環境觀測設備（氣象雷達除外）之大氣與水文現場觀測和遙測反演結果概要，最後提出總結與建議；這些訊息將可做為氣候、天氣、颱風與海洋各種尺度的數值模擬模式驗證需求，以及學術界與氣象作業單位未來在天氣、氣候監測設備功能增進的參考方向。

This article reviews the in-situ and remote retrieved observing results from atmospheric and oceanic monitoring platforms (except weather Radar) before and after Typhoon Morakot hitting Taiwan (August 4 to 10, 2010). The suggestion on improvement of typhoon monitoring is provided in the conclusion. We expect the information in this article could be treated as the validation for different scales' model simulation and the reference of instrument improvement plans in the research society and governmental agencies.
