簡易分子擴散捕集法與洗滌吸收法檢測分析大氣中的臭氧濃度研究

摘要


大氣中臭氧濃度對於生態環境具有相當之影響性,昂貴監測儀器檢測其濃度並不能擴及全面性多點臭氧濃度監測使用,因此簡便偵測臭氧濃度的方式隨之而起,簡易分子擴散捕集器為一簡便測定型,只須透過氣體擴散而不需電動力,反應液(對乙醯胺苯酚)經臭氧反應後形成強螢光度之雙分子,可表示當時臭氧(O3)濃度之高低,但無法明確臭氧進入擴散器中反應的量和臭氧量與螢光強度之關係,本研究透過洗滌吸收法與簡易捕集法之螢光強度比對,得1小時內約有3L空氣的臭氧進入簡易分子擴散捕集液中反應;再經洗滌吸收法與監測站測定臭氧濃度比對,推算出1μg的臭氧可使捕集液產生螢光強度值約為21.482,經再度採樣使用以上所得之兩項結果回推大氣中之臭氧濃度,與監測值比較相差率約為7.1~17.2%;簡易分子擴散器則相差率大約為-22.6~13.3%。

Standard ozone monitoring techniques utilize large, heavy, and expensive instruments that are not easily adapted for personal or microenvironmental monitoring. A simple diffusion ozone sampler, which is allowed to determine atmospheric ozone with high sensitivity, was used. It was a solution of p-acetamidophenol that can be formed into a strong fluorescent dimer of p-acetamidophenol in aqueous solution by ozone. The fluorescence intensity of absorbing solutions showing the trend of the concentration of ozone was measured at 425nm with excitation at 337 nm. In this study, the fluorescence intensities of the simple diffusion sampler were compared with the impinger absorption sampler to obtain the amount of ambient ozone from 3 L of air through diffusion zone to the simple diffusion sampler during one hour. In addition, comparing the fluorescence intensity of the impinger absorption sampler with the monitoring values yielded 21.482 value of the fluorescence intensity per 1μg ozone. Based on these two results, we try to estimate the concentrations of ambient ozone from samplers and compare with concentration values of ozone monitor. The relative errors of the result were 7.1~17.2% (Impinger absorption sampler) and -22.6~13.3% (Simple diffusion sampler).
