本研究之目的是研討液態氨處理對木材靜曲潛變性質的影響。本實驗是就C,T,CO,TO,CA及TA等六種不同處理條件之試材,在0.25σ_(bp),0.5σ_(bp),0.75σ_(bp),1.0σ_(bp)及1.25σ_(bp)等五種潛變應力度下,加以探討,所得結果如次:(1)在同一潛變應力度下,各試材之潛變撓度δ_((o))均會隨潛變時間之增加而遞增,可以δ_((o))=At^n表之。而A值又會隨潛變應力(δ_(c1))之增加而遞增。因此,A是為潛變應力之函數。可以A=Be^(mx)表之。不同潛變應力度下,潛變撓度實驗式可以δ_((c))=Be^(mx)‧t^n表之。B,m,n均為實驗常數。X表示σ_(c1)。本實驗之潛變撓度實驗式如(5),(6),(9),(10),(13),(14)所示。(2)在相同潛變應力度下,各試材之A值有T group>TA group>C group>TO group>CO group之趨勢。(3)各試材在荷重3500分鐘後,其潛變撓度δ_((3500))值亦有隨潛變應力之增加而遞增。而在同一潛變應力度下,其δ_((3500))值有T group>TA group>TO group>CO group>C group之趨勢。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of 1iquid ammonia treatment on the static bending creep behaviors of Taiwan Zelkova wood. Six groups of treated samples, namely the C (control wood), T (treated wood), CO (control oven-dried wood), TO (treated and oven dried wood), CA (contro1, oven-dried and absorbed in equilibrium state), TA (treated and oven-dried and absorbed in equilibrium state) were creep tested under five different stress 1eve1s, as 0.25σ_(bp), 0.5σ_(bp), 0.75σ_(bp), 1.0σ_(bp) and 1.25σ_(bp) in this study, The results can be summar ized as follows: (1)Under the same creep stress level , the creep deflection δ_((c)) for uariously treated samples increased with increasing creep time, The relationship between creep deflection and creep time was indicated by the following general formula δ_((c))=At^nwhereδ_((c)) is creep deflection, t is the creep time, and A and n are constants. A increased with increasing creep stress, Thus, A was the function of creep stress. The relationship between creep deflection and creep time at various creep stress level could be stated by the formula be low δ_((c))=Be^(mx)‧t^nWhere x is creep stress, B, m and n are constants, In this study, the relationships betweenδ_((c)) and x and t might be concluded by the experimental formulas (5), (6), (9), (10), (13), (14). (2)Under various creep stress levels, The order of the values of A for samples are shown as follows: T group>TA group>CA group>C group>TO group>CO group. (3)The values of creep deflection of samples at t equals to 3500 min, alsoδ_((3500)) increased with increasing creep stress, The order of the values ofδ_((3500)) for samples are shown as follows: T group>TA group>CO group>CA group>C group.
