三角木結構對椅類疲勞強度之影響

摘要


本研究就三角木構造對椅類疲勞強度之影響加以探討。採用L_B(2^7)直交配列試驗計劃,就三角木寬度、厚度、長度、溝槽深度及固定螺絲數目等五因子,分別以二水準加以檢定,可作家具結構設計改善之參考。本試驗參照ISO標準進行,供試椅共八張,經25,000次返覆試驗後,就前後腳與側檔間接榫之鬆開間隙加以測定及分析,其結果如下:1.三角木構造對椅類接棒共有補強作用,可減少疲勞返覆試驗時接棒部位的鬆開程度,但無法完全阻止接榫鬆開。2.三角木之寬度與厚度增加時可增加膠合面積,提高其補強效果。3.接榫構造之適當設計及膠料之適當選擇對強度有直接而決定性的影響,應特加重視。

In this study, effects of corner block construction on the fatigue strength of dining chair were discussed. Five factors including length, thickness and width of corner block, depth of groove and number of screw, each with two levels, were tested and statistically analyzed. The results were as follows:1. For 25,000 cycles of test, the loosed gap of joint decreased by increasing the thickness and width of corner block.2. Proper corner construction can reinforce the rigidity of the joint between rail and post of chair.3. If a strong joint is required, proper design of joint and selection of glue should be considered.
