竹材加工廢料高收率紙漿之漂白研究

Study on the Bleaching of High Yield Pulp from Bamboo Waste

摘要


本省竹材加工業發達,以竹材加工廢料來生產紙漿,不但可解決廢料處理的問題,同時亦可提供部份製漿之原料,所用之試材為孟宗竹、麻竹及種竹之加工廢料。製成NSAQ竹漿后,可以次亞氯酸鈉單段漂白,其白度可違70% GE。若以高溫,鐘時間吹氣酸齣加過氧化氫二段漂白,可提高白度,增加白度穩定性,在NS-AQ竹漿可以此法標至75% GE。C-E-H-P四段漂白可將NS-AQ竹漿漂至72% GE。H_2O_2,於最後階段漂白,有增加白度穩定性之效果。

The bamboo handicraft industry in Taiwan is well developed, the use of bamboo waste as a raw material for pulp and paper making can not only solve the problem of waste disposal, but also partially solve the problem of raw material shortage; the bamboo, was t es used in this study belong to the following three species: Moso bamboo (Phyllstachys edulis Riviere), Makino bamboo ('Phyllstachys makino Hay) and Ma bamboo (Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro). AS-AQ bamboo pulp can be beeached in a hypochlorite single stage to 70% GE brightness. the same pulp can be bleached in a HP sequence to 75% GE brightness, using. higher temperature and shorter reaction time NS-AQ bamboo pulp can also be bleached in a CEHP sequence to 72% GE brightness.
