高週波加熱應用在實木灣曲之研究(第二報)-藥劑處理材之灣曲性能

摘要


本研究旨在應用高週波加熱對經乙二胺、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、尿素及無藥劑處理材之麻六甲合歡、山黃麻、杉木等試材,先行加熱3分鐘,再加壓彎曲成型3分鐘,其厚度分別為1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0cm,其模具曲率半徑分別為40、50、60、70、110、130cm,藉以探討高週波加熱對藥劑處理材之彎曲性能。其重要試驗結果如下:1.藥劑處理應麻六甲合歡、杉木具有便進彎曲成型的作用,但山黃麻則改善不明顯。就藥劑促進效應而言,為乙二胺>甲基丙烯酸甲酯>尿素>無藥劑。2.就不同藥劑處理對實木彎曲之曲率徑時變化而言,樹種以麻六甲合歡。最具穩定性,杉木次之,山黃麻最差;藥劑以乙二胺最具穩定效應,甲基丙烯酸甲酯次之,尿素最差,但均優於無藥劑處理。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of radio-frequency heating on bending behavior of solid wood (Malacca albizzia. India-charcoal trema and China-fir). All test specimens were impregnated with chemicals such as ethylen diamine. Methyl methacrylate (MMA) and urea. Each specimen was heated for 3 minutes and then pressed bent to fit the final form for 3 minutes. The thickness and radius of curvature were 1.0, 1.5, 20, 2.5, 3.0cm, and 40, 50, 60, 70, 110, 130cm, respectively. The experimental results are summarized as follows: 1. Wood species such as Malacca albizzia and China-fir impregnated with chemicals did impove their-bending characteristics, except India-charcoal trema. The efficiency of bending effect of chemical is in the order of ethylen diamine>MMA>urea>blank. 2. The change in curvature of bent solid wood with time is affected by chemical and species used. Among the species, Malacca albizzia gives the most stability and followed by China-fir and then India-charcoal trema. Among the chemicals, ethylene, diamine gives the highest stability and followed by MMA, and Urea is the lowest.
