摘要


木工機攝常以高速運轉進行加工作業,其鼓動與噪音較大,危險性也較高。木工機一般均採靜態精度檢查,但動態精度對機械在運轉狀態下之穩定性有密切關係,在機械設計上不可忽視。本試驗就省產立軸花鉋機進行動態精度評鑑,主要結果如下:1.主軸偏心荷重增加,回轉數增加或刀頭位置升高均使立軸機主軸與台面之振動加劇。2.主軸之共振頻率因刀頭位置升高而降低,加工時應避免因離心力或切削力之作用而導致主軸之共振。3.刀頭應裝在主軸基部俾獲最穩定之運轉。

High r.p.m. is usually required in machining wood and results high vibration and noise level in woodworking machinery. It is also more hazardous to operate machines in high r.p.m. Static tests are normally conducted to investigate the accuracy of woodworking machinery. However, the accuracy tested dynamically, which is important in machine desigh, can illustrate the stability of machines in operation more precisely. This study evaluated the accuracy of a domestic spindle shaper dynamically. The most important results were: 1.The vibration in both the spindle and the table top of the spindle shaper increased with increasing either the eccentric load or the r.p.m of the spindle, or with the cutter head elevated. 2.The resonance of spindle, which was the result of eccentric force and cutting force during machining, should be avoid. The resonance frequency of the spindle decreased with the cutter head elevated. 3.The best stability was obtained by installing the cutter head in the base of the spindle.
