摘要


本研究為適應櫥櫃家具生產之特性,以群組技術為基礎,按產品結構予以分類編號,輔以物料需求計畫生產程序所需零組件群組之生產,並與未經分組之傳統生產方法比較其製造工時與生產成本;應用群組成生產,將能提高材料利用率,並配合物料需求計畫之生產程序降低零組件群組之不良率而能大幅降低直接材料成本;同時亦能降低零組件加工之前置時間,因此將可降低生產總成本約為26.5%。家具生產所需零組件項目繁多,過去以傳統料單之方式極費時又易生錯誤;本研究以組件庫存與組件群(Part-families),配合群組技術生產之方式,能快速地將傅統料單轉換成結構性料單,並進行單階和多階之展開,使加工零組件之階層分明,且可隨時按照訂單的大小進行零組件需求數量及成本之計算,將可提供管理人員作為安排生產之依據;本研究所發展之新生產方法,將能適應未來家具生產半自動化,自動化和電腦化管理之發展趨勢。

The data of labor-hour, material requirements and production cost of cabinet furniture manufacturing process were collected; these data were classified by productive structure on the basis of group technology and to produce the necessary part-families group by the assistant of material requirements planning controlling, and finally, to compare the manufacturing-hour, and production cost with traditional function process method which did not adapt the part-families group technology. In the process of this study, we found using the GT process it would increasing material use rate , and decreasing the defectives of part-families groups from processing improvement can greatly decrease direct material cost and decrease the manufacturing lead time of part-families; therefore, the process of cabinet complex furniture by group technology can cut the total cost of product by 26.5% of the factories studied. The furniture products need many kinds of part-families. Traditional bill of material in the past was both time-consuming and easy to get mistake. Taking group inventories and part-families in this study, matching group technology can quickly convert traditional BOM to structured BOM, developing by one stage and multi-stage of BOM, making clear the processing of partfami1ies by order, and calculating the demand quantities and production cost of families by ordered quantities at any time; these data will offer managers the working basis to arrange the manufacturing process. The new process developed by this study will adapt to semi-automatized, automatized and computerized management future development of furniture manufacturing.
