本報告係利用斷熱型熱量計測定十七種木材之燃燒熱值與其影響因子,得到次述結果。1.十七種木材之絕乾狀態燃燒熱值為4235.2~4969.0 cal/g,針葉樹材之燃燒熱值為4833.4 cal/g會顯著大於闊葉樹材之4648.6 cal/g。2.木材燃燒熱值會隨其含水率增加而呈直線狀減低。3.醇苯抽出材之燃燒熱值為4602.6 cal/g會顯著小於未抽出材之4730.6 cal/g,在本實驗木材經醇苯抽出會使木材燃燒熱值減低390 cal/g,或0.3%~7.3%。4.(NH_4)_2HPO_4處理材及(NH_4)_2SO_4處理材各會減低木材燃燒熱值1.3~5.8%及0.8%~7.2%。但(NH_4)_2HPO_4處理材與(NH_4)_2SO_4處理材之燃燒熱值則無顯性差異。
The main purpose of this study was to measure the combustion heat values and influential factors of seventeen wood species by using the isolated heat type of Adiabatic IKA Calorimeter C400. The experimental results are summarized as follows: 1. The combustion heat values of seventeen wood species in oven dried condition ranged from 4235.2 cal/g to 4965.0 cal/g. The combustion heat values of soft wood and hard wood were 4833.4 cal/g and 4648.1 cal/g respectively, and the former was significantly greater than that of the latter by Duncan's test. 2. The relationships between combustion heat values(H) and moisture content(U) of woods could be represented by the negative linear-regression formulas. 3. The combustion heat values were 4602.6 cal/g and 4730.6 cal/g for alcohol-benzene extracted woods and unextracted woods, respectively, however, the former was significantly lesser than that of the latter. In this study, the combustion heat values of woods could be reduced adout 390 cal/g, or 0.3% ~ 7.3% by extraction with alcohol-benzene solvent. 4. The combustion heat values would be reduced about 1.3% ~5.8%, and 0.8%~7.2% for wood samples treated by the fire. retardants. of diammonium phosphate [(NH_4)_2HPO_4] and ammonium sulfate [(NH_4)2SO_4 respectively, However, the differences in combustion heat values between diammonium pho sphate (NH_4)_2HPO_4 and ammonium sulfate (NH_4)_2SO_4, treated woods were not significant.
