農林廢料製造木材膠合劑之研究(Ⅱ)-不同抽出方式之抽出效能比較

摘要


本研究乃探討不同抽出藥品、抽出溫度、時間、抽出試料粒徑等對其抽出效果之影響。並比較不同試料種類抽出物之粘度特性。所得重要結果可歸納如下:1.以NaOH溶液抽出者其收率最高,且隨NaOH濃度增大,抽出量增加,提高抽出溫度亦可增加抽出量,增加抽出時間之效果則不明顯。2.以NaOH溶液行抽出時,隨重複抽出次數增加,其抽出量及抽出物中之反應性醋物質含量均減少。以熱水抽出時隨重複抽出次數增加,其抽出量亦減少,然各次抽出物中之反應性酌物質含量則相同。3.抽出物溶液之粘度隨其溫度上升及攪拌遠度增加而下降。4.抽出物溶液之粘度隨其固體含量之增加而升高。不同種類試料間之比較以山黃麻樹皮抽出物之粘度最高,稻殼最低。不同種類抽出藥劑間之比較則以5 % NaOH抽出者粘度最低。

In this study, the effects of various extration condistions, such as the kind of extraction chemicals, extraction temperature and time and particle size of materials on extraction efficiency were investigated, and then the viscosity properties of various test specimens were measured too. The results were summarized as follows: 1.The yield of extractive extracted by NaOH solution was higher than other chemica1s, and it was increased with the increments of the concentration of NaOH. Elevating the extraction temperature would increase the yield too. 2. When extracted with NaOH solution, the yield of extractives and their content of phenolic materials were decreased with the repetition time increaments. When extracted with hot water, the amount of extractives would decrease too, but the content of phenolic materials in each time of extraction would be the same. 3. The viscosity of extractive solution would descend as the temperature or agitation rate raised. 4. The viscosity of all extractives solution would increase with the increments of their solid content, but the tendecies were varied with the test species. India charcoal trema bark extractive had the highest viscosity, and the rice hull was the lowest. Extractives extracted with 5% NaOH had the lower viscosity than with other chemicals.
