木質複合板之研究(二)蔗渣與木材粒片混合之粒片板製造

Studies on Wood Composite Board (II) The Manufacturing of Bagasse-Wood Particleboard

摘要


利用農產廢棄物之蔗渣為主原料,與相思樹、杉木及木油桐等三種木材粒片作不同重量比混合探討其製造粒片板之可行性,期開拓農產廢棄之蔗渣利用的新途徑及提升其利用價值。本研究就單一蔗渣粒片板、單一木材粒片板及蔗渣粒片與木材粒片相互混合後製造單層構造之粒片板並測試其性質,結果如下:1.蔗渣之細長比大於木材粒片:含髓蔗渣粒片60.22>木油桐粒片18.01>相思樹粒片17.83>杉木14.59。2.製板熱壓時板坯中心層溫度之經時變化,受原料粒片比重之影響。以相思樹粒片板板坯中心層之升溫最快。3.蔗渣與木材粒片混合製造之粒片板密度剖面以接近表層部位的密度最高,中心層密度最低。4.含髓蔗渣粒片板性質符合CNS-2215中200型之標準,其靜曲破壞係數(207kgf/cm^2)且優於其它木材粒片為原料之製板。5.杉木粒片板浸沸水2hr後之MOR殘存率(濕潤狀態MOR/常態MOR)為最優。蔗渣與木材混合製造之粒片板中以蔗渣與杉木粒片混合製造者之MOR的殘存率較高,介於59.64%~61.35%之間。6.蔗渣粒片與木材粒片混合製板之內聚強度與木螺絲保持力均隨木材粒片使用量之增加而提升。內聚強度約改善24~69%,木螺絲保持力約改善2~14%。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the feasbility of single layer particleboards which were made of bagasse, Taiwan Acacia, Chinafir, wood oil tree and bagasse-wood particle in different mix ratio for developing the using of bagases. The results obtained by this experiment may summarized as the follows: 1. The relationship of slendness among thoes particles were bagasse (60.22) > wood oil tree (18.01) > Taiwan Acacia (17.83) > Chinafir (14.59). 2. The temperature of core layer of particleboard were affected by the specific gravity of raw materials during hot pressing. And the temperature of core layer of particleboard which made by Taiwan Acaicia was higher than those of other particleboard made by different materials. 3. The higher density was found at the face layer and the lower density was found at core layer in the density profile test in this study. 4. Those properties of the bagasse particleboard could meet the requirement for those of Type 200 described in the CNS-2215 and its MOR of bending (207Kgf/cm^2 ) was higher than those of other particleboards in this study. 5. After 2 hrs boiling water soaking, the retaintion MOR (MORwet/MORdry) of China-fir particleboard was higher than those of other particleboards. The retaintion MOR (about 59.64 ~ 61.35%) of bagasse-Chinafir particleboard was higher than those of other bagasse-wood particleboards in this study. 6. The internal bonding strength and screw holding ability of bagasse-wood particleboard were increased with increasing the mix ratio of wood particles. The internal bonding strength was improved about 24 ~ 69%, screw holding ability was improved about 2 ~ 14%.
