木質地板材料之靜摩擦特性探討(Ⅰ)

Studies on the Static Frictional Behaviors of Wood-Based Flooring Materials

摘要


本報告係探討地板材料之靜摩擦係數。本實驗使用單板層積板(laminated veneer board, LVE),面板浸酚單板層積板(LVB),硬槭木、柚木、美檜、合板、塑膠地板、地毯、大理石、磁磚,等十種地板材料。而摩擦介質為鋼板、棉襪、絲襪、皮革,PVC人造皮及橡皮等六種。使用之靜摩擦係數測定儀為TYPE HEIDON-10(新東科學KK產品),此儀器具有滑動角度0至55°,上昇速度0.5°~2.5°/sec,間隔0.5°/sec。試驗是將各種摩擦介質置於各種地板材料上面,以不同上昇速度測定其靜摩擦係數。所得結果可歸納於次。1. 當將六種摩擦介質綜合考慮時,在八種角度上升速度下,十種地板材料之靜摩擦係數值大小有次述趨勢,即以地毯為最小值,磁磚及大理石次之,單板層積板,單板層積板(面板浸酚),合皮汲柚木等四種地板材料介於中間,而以塑膠地板,硬槭木及美檜地板材料為最大值。2. 當將八種上昇速度綜合考慮時,十種地板材料對於不同摩擦介質的靜摩擦係數大小有次述趨勢;即(1)六種木質地板材料為鋼材<棉襪<絲襪<皮革<橡皮<PVC,而各種摩擦介質相互間均有顯著性差異。(2)兩種無機質地板材料(大理石及磁磚)為鋼材<絲襪<棉襪<皮革<橡皮<PVC,其中絲襪與棉襪間無顯著性差異外,其他摩擦介質之間均有顯著差異。(3)地毯為橡皮<鋼材<皮革<絲襪<棉襪<PVC,橡皮與鋼材及皮革三者之間,絲襪與棉襪間均無顯著性差異,其他則有顯著性差異。(4)塑膠地板材料為絲襪<棉襪<鋼材<橡皮<PVC<皮革,絲襪與棉襪,PVC與皮革間無顯著性差異外,其他摩擦介質相互間均有顯著性差異。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the static friction coefficients of different flooring materials. In this study, ten kinds of flooring materials including laminated veneer board (LVB), face veneer impregnated with alcohol soluble phenolic resin PF650 LVB, Hard maple, Teak, Lawson cypress, Plywood, Plastic flooring, Carpet, Marble and Tile were used, steel plate, colton sock, leather, PVC artificial leather, rubber and silk sock were selected as the fricional medium on flooring materials. The static friction coefficient tester, Type: Heidon-10, (Shintou Kagaku KK Products) was used to measure the static friction coefficient of flooring materials. This tester exhibited 0° to 55° a slipping angle and possessed a reising speed of slipping medium ranged from 0.5°/sec to 2.5°/sec with an interval of 0.5°/sec. The experiments were conducted by putting the frictional medium upon the flooring materials and with various raising speed of frictional medium in order to measure the static friction coefficients of flooring materials. The results are summarized as follows: 1. When considering six kinds of frictional medium materials, under eight different raising speeds, the values of static friction coefficient for ten different flooring materials showed the following tendency, Carpet had the minimum value, next came the marble and tile materials, the medium value for laminated veneer board, laminated veneer board (face veneer impregnated PF resin), plywood and teak , and the maximum values for plastic flooring, hard maple and lawson cypress. 2. When cosidering eighy different raising speeds, the static friction coefficents for ten various flooring materials under various frictional medium materials showed the following order, namely (1) Steel<cotton soak<silk sock<leather<rubber<PVC artificial leather for six kinds of wood-based follring materials. Significant differences existed among various frictional medium materials. (2) Steel<silk sock<cotton sock<leather<rubber<PVC artificial leather for two inorganic flooring materials (marble and tile), significant differences did not exist between silk sock and cotton sock, however significant differences existed among other frictional medium materials. (3) Rubber<steel<leather<silk sock<cotton sock<PVC artifical leather, significant differences did not existed among rubber and steel and leather, silk sock and catton sock, however significant differences were existed among other frictional medium materials. (4) Silk sock<cotton sock<steel<rubber<PVC artificial leather<leather, significant differences did not existed between silk sock and cotton sock, PVC artificial leather and leather, however significant differences were existed among other frictional medium materials.
