溫度處理對水泥結合稻殼與木材粒片之板材性質的影響

Effect of Temperature Treatment on the Properties of Particleboard Made from Cement Bonded Rice Husk and Wood Particle

摘要


本研究之目的係探討溫度處理對利用水泥結合稻殼與木材粒片之影響,試驗範圈涵蓋溫度變化、材料及其重量配比、藥品摻加、與養生時間等對複合水泥漿板材性質之影響等,其結果摘要如下:稻殼粒片水泥板之吸水率、線性及厚度膨脹率,大體上以粒片經100℃熱水煮沸處理4小時者比未經熱水煮沸處理者小,尺寸安定性較佳。稻殼粒片水泥板、稻殼一木材粒片水泥板及木材粒片水泥板等3種試材之力學性質,一般隨著水泥用量及養生時間之增加而增強,鐵釘保持力、螺絲釘保持力及靜曲強度,大致上以粒片經過100℃熱水煮沸4小時處理者為佳,且添加適量的氯化鈣,亦可改善其力學性質。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of temperature treatment on the cement bonded rice husk particles and wood particles. The test variable included curing temperature, materials and its mix proportions, chemicals admixtures, and curing time. The important results are summarized as: The water absorption, linear and thickness swelling of the cement bonded rice husk board which particles boiled in 100 DC for 4 hours were smaller than that of without boiled treatment, therefore the dimensional stability was better. The mechanical propertites of cement bonded rice husk particle boards , cement bonded rice husk-wood particle boards and cement bonded wood particles would become better with the increasing of cement quantity and post-curing time. The highest nail and screw holding strength and bending strength was for the specimen which those boiled in 100℃ hot-water for 4 hours, showed the highest nail and screw holding strengtr and bending strength. Another side, the mechanical properties would be improved when adding apporpriate amount of CaCl_2 in the cement.
