木炭添加對杉木粒片水泥板性質之影響(I)板材之理學及力學性質

摘要


本研究將一般市售木炭,添加至杉木粒片水泥混合物中,製造木炭-杉木粒片水泥板,並探討木炭對杉木粒片水泥板理學及力學性質之影響。當木炭-杉木粒片水泥板之木炭添加量達到木炭/杉木粒片比等於1時,板材抗彎強度最佳。另外,水泥用量越高時,抗彎強度越大(抗彎載重合格標準值為50 kgf),杉木粒片水泥板(20.8~49.0 kgf)均未達合格標準,然而木炭-杉木粒片水泥板中除了C70w22ch8(26.5 kgf)及C70w15ch15(45.8 kgf)外,其餘板材均能通過標準,故添加木炭可改善杉木粒片水泥板之抗彎強度。木炭-杉木粒片水泥板之全面吸水率為14.5~42.6%而24hr. 吸、脫濕量分別為94.96~155.53、33.53~69.34 g/m^2,且添加木炭可降低杉木粒片水泥板之吸水性與吸、脫濕量。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of charcoal addition on the physical and strength properties of cement bonded china fir particleboard. The bending strength is the best when the charcoal and china fir particle ratio is one. The bending strength increases with cement content increasing. The acceptable bending strength as specified in CNS 3802 is 50 kgf. But cement bonded China fir particleboard can not pass this standard value. However, except the C70w22ch8 (26.5 kgf) and C7Ow15ch15 (45.8 kgf), all other cement bonded charcoal-China fir particleboard can reach this level, therefore the addition of that adding charcoal can improve the bending strength. The water absorption of the cement bonded charcoal china fir particleboard is in the range of values of the 14.5~42.6%. After 24hrs, the adsorption and desorption of cement bonded charcoal-China fir particleboard are 94.96~155.53 g/m^2 and 33.53~69.34g/m^2, respectively, and the addition of charcoal can decrease the amounts of adsorption and desorption of the cement bonded china fir particleboard.
