定向粒片板之超音波傳波特性

The Study on the Relationship between the Flake's Alignment and the Ultrasonic Velocity of Japanese Fir OSB

摘要


本研究為柳杉粒片及與泡桐粒片混合所製造之定向粒片版(OSB),其各項性質之結果如下:無論全板或靜曲試片之音速值均是以面板木理平行方向(Vh)較垂直方向(Vv)快。音速之異方性,在全板方面(Vh/v)為2.9;靜曲試片(Vsh/v)則為2.6。音速值會隨定向角度(θ°)之增加而遞減,由Hankinson's formula得其n值於全板為1.9-2.1,於靜曲試片為2.0-2.1。靜曲強度之MOR與MOE成極顯著的正相關。其異方性MORh/v為4.7,MOEh/v為5.9。音速值會隨靜曲強度的增加而增加,故音速值對靜曲強度的代表性甚高。再經鄧肯新多變域分析各板型之性質,柳杉粒片與泡桐粒各50%,用膠量6.5%,成板密度0.5g/cm^3(JMP61)為優良之製板條件。

The ultrasonic velocity of Oriented Strand Board, examined from boards or bending specimens, the ultrasonic transmittions parallel to the flake alignment were faster then those perpendicular to the flake alignment. In changing the penetrated direction on board , the velocity decreased with increasing the direction angle. In Hankinson's formula, the n values of velocity that obtained from the angles of flake alignment, were 1.9-2.1 in boards and 2.0-2.1 in bending specimens. In addition, the orthotropic of velocity were 2.9 in boards and 2.6 in bending specimens. The bending strength increased with increasing density of board, and the orthotropic of bending strengths were 4.7 in MORh/v and 5.9 in MOEh/v. However the direction of flake alignment, the ultrasonic velocity increased with increasing bending strength.
