電磁波遮蔽性合板之研究

摘要


本試驗之目的在研究具電磁波遮蔽性之合板,作為建材使用,以維護大眾免於電磁波干擾及對身體健康之威脅。試驗中探討了合板厚度、膠合劑種類(UF及PF)、佈膠量(260、280及300g/m^2)、製板壓力(8、10及12kgf/cm^2)、填充劑之種類(麵粉、鋅粉、鎳粉、碳黑及酒石酸鉀鈉)及用量(5、10、15或20%)、導電材料(碳纖維織布、銅網、不銹鋼網、銅箔及鋁箔)在合板表面貼面等因子對合板遮蔽電磁波效果之影響。結果顯示在本試驗設計之條件下,合板對電磁波之遮蔽效果,隨厚度之增加,介入衰減及反射衰減均隨之增加。膠合劑種類、佈膠量及製板壓力等製板條件,對合板的電磁波遮蔽效果並無影響。膠合劑中填充劑之添加,除碳黑者,其介入衰減值明顯比對照組(添加麵粉者)大,且隨添加量之增加而增大,反射衰減值則明顯比對照組小,且隨添加量之增加而減小外,其餘鋅粉、鎳粉及酒石酸鉀鈉等之添加,對合板電磁波遮蔽效果並無影響。另只要在合板的一個表面上,以碳纖維織布、120mesh不銹鋼網,120mesh銅網、銅箔或鋁箔等導電材料貼面,即可使合板對電磁波之介入衰減值達70dB以上,但其反射衰減則幾乎近於0dB。

The purpose of this study was aimed at manufacturing plywood with electromagnetic shielding characteristics. Meanwhile, the products could be applied to structure purpose and could offer shielding effectiveness to keep people from interfering by electromagnetic wave. In this study, the variables affecting the electromagnetic shielding properties of plywood were examined. They were the board thickness, type of glue (UF and PF), glue spreading level (260,280 and 300g/m^2), type and amount of filler (wheat flour nickel metal powder, zinc metal powder, and carbon black), pressure (8, 10, and 12kgf/cm^2) and electrical conductive materials (carbon fiber woven cloth, 120 mesh copper web and stainless steel web, copper foil and aluminum foil), which were used as overlaid materials. Meanwhile, the physical and glue bond properties of plywood and the electromagnetic shielding characteristics of insertion loss and return loss in the frequency range of 1.5~2.7GHz were also measured.
