杉木粒片板與工廠廢料粒片之性質比較

Comparison on the Properties of Particleboards Made of China-fir and Industrial Wood Waste

摘要


本研究主目的是探討粒片板多種製造條件對性質之影響效應,利用應力波計時儀、打音頻譜分析系統及振動頻率測定器等三種非破壞性檢測儀器,與萬能試驗機破壞性檢測方法,比較其動彈性系數(MOEd)與靜曲彈性係數(MOE)之間的關係,其目的藉非破壞性方法預先檢測板材之缺點及性質。結果摘要如下:1.發現在未裁切之全尺寸板材經應力波計時儀檢測之波速慢於裁切後小尺寸試片之波速,但未有明顯的差異性。2.製造條件對杉木粒片板與工廠廢料片板性質之影響,隨用膠量、熱壓時間和密度的增加而有提高板材強度之趨勢;但熱壓時間對工廠料粒片板強度之影響不明顯。3.非破壞性與破壞性檢測結果之相關性,以應力波計時儀測得者比以打音頻譜分析系統和振動頻率測定器者低,且MOEd與MOE的比值,均大於1,亦即非破壞性方法所測得的MOEd較破壞性測定的MOE值高。

The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of manufacturing conditions on the properties of particleboards by the nondestructive testing (NDT), the instruments used are Stress Wave Timer (Stress Wave Timer ;SWT), Tap Tone Analysis System (Tap Tone Analysis System; TTAS)and Vibration Frequency Tester (Vibration Frequency Tester; VFT). The correlations between dynamic modulus of elasticity (MOEd) and static modulus of elasticity (MOE), which were obtained from nondestructive testing and destructive testing respectively. The important results are summarized as follows: 1. The wave velocity of full-size board (non-cut) was less than that of small-size (cut) board tested by Stress Wave Timer (SWT), but there was no significant difference between the 2 types of board. 2. The strength of particleboards made from China-fir and industrial wood waste increased with increasing glue level, press-time and density. But the effect of press-time on the strength of particleboards made from industrial wood waste did not significant. 3. The correlations between nondestructive testing and destructive testing, the values of SWT were less than those of TTAS and VFT; The values of MOEd were higher than those of MOE, that ratio was greater than 1.
