建築廢木料資源化處理粒片之性質檢測

Determination of the Properties of Recycled Particles from Construction Wood-waste

摘要


由建築廢料處理廠收集分類的建築廢木料並分析廢木料的組成分,發現建築廢木料中以實木最多,約佔80%;其它的木質材料則以合板的量最多其次為木心合板。廢木料中約含有1%的金屬材料,其主要為鐵釘及家具的五金配件。礦物性成分(砂、土)含量在6.5%以下,經由粒片板的原料處理設備資源化處理後,其適用的材料約佔60%,這些適用的材料經檢測結果,其pH值、礦物及灰分含量較一般粒片板工廠的原料高,且最小粒徑的粒片中有較高的值及灰分含量。另外資源化處理中篩除的小木片約為總廢木料的30%,而其礦物及灰分含量約10%,且此材料在重金屬檢測中發現含有高量的鉛,應考慮其他資源化再利用可能性,以防止二次污染。

Solid wood consisted 80% of all construction wood-wastes and followed by plywood with lumber core plywood found in this study. In those construction wood-wastes , there were 6.5% of mineral waste (gravel sand and soil), and 1% of metal (nails and hardware fitting from furniture). Construction wood-wastes were processed by equipment and 60% of these materials can be used of raw material of particleboard. The pH and ash content level were higher than those material from non-recycled material found in a general particleboard factory. It concluded that those wood wastes might not suitable for recycled materials of wood-based composite products.
