圓鋸機鋸切木質材料之噪音分析

Noise Analysis in Sawing Wood Materials with Circular-saw

摘要


本試驗係將圓鋸片安裝於自動送材圓鋸機上,以轉速45l5 rpm,鋸切高度24 mm及送材速度6 m/min鋸切中密度纖維板,粒片板、杉木及硬槭,進而探討圓鋸片直徑改變對鋸切音壓位準及加工面粗糙度的影響。試驗結果顯示縱切及橫切作業皆以圓踞機左側(L測點)測得之鋸切音壓位準最高,而以圓鋸機正前方(操作者位置,F測點)之鋸切音壓位準最低。鋸切時,四種材料所產生周波數分佈的差異不大,縱切作業之周波數分佈約為2.5 kHz~6.3 kHz,橫切作業則分佈在1.25 kHz~3.15 kHz。就本試驗而言,相同直徑鋸片鋸切四種材料之鋸切音壓位準以高比重者較大,其鋸切音壓位準皆隨鋸片直徑增加而增高,且縱切音壓位準高於橫切音壓位準。此外,鋸片直徑對鋸切面品質之影響並不明顯。然就鋸切噪音及良好加工面而言,本試驗建議縱切MDF及粒片板以鋸片直徑305 mm、杉木以355 mm、硬槭以255 mm為宜,橫切作業則四種材料以鋸片直徑305 mm較佳。

The objective of this study was to explore the effects of various diameters of saw blades on sound pressure level and surface roughness during sawing wood materials. These saw blades were mounted on a auto feed table saw to saw MDF, particle board, China fir and hard maple with rotational speed of 4515 rpm. The cutting depth of 24 mm and the feed speed of 6 m/min were fixed during sawing. Experimental results indicated that L position produced the highest sound pressure level during rip and crosscut sawing of MDF, particle board, China fir and hard maple. In addition, it showed the lowest sound pressure level at F position. The frequency of rip saw was scattered from 2.5 kHz to 6.3 kHz, and from 1.25 kHz to 3.15 kHz for crosscut sawing, respectively. The higher specific gravity of wood materials produced higher sound pressure level under the same diameter of saw blade, meanwhile, the sound pressure level was increased with the increasing diameter of saw blade. The sound pressure level of rip sawing was higher than that of crosscut sawing with the same sawing conditions. However, in order to obtain the lower sound pressure level and better surface quality, the diameter of 355 mm, 305 mm and 255 mm is suggested in rip sawing of MDF, China fir, and hard maple, respectively. It is also recommended that the diameter of 305 mm was suitable for crosscut sawing the four materials used in this study.
