戶外曝露對木材粒片-塑膠複合材性質之影響

Effects of Outdoor Exposure on the Properties of Wood Particle-plastic Composites

摘要


利用實際戶外曝露的方式來判斷平壓式製造法所製造的木材粒片-塑膠複合材,經戶外曝露48週後,複合材之強度性質有明顯的下降,且隨著複合材中木材粒片的增加,其強度降低的現象更為明顯,其中木材粒片與塑膠混合比為50:50(W50P50)的複合材,於48週戶外曝露後其靜曲強度保留率約為71%,混合比75:25(W75P25)者,其強度保留率約為65%;另外以沸水浸潰2hr後W50P50之強度保留率約為86%,相當於戶外曝露試驗36週之強度;而W75P25之保留率約為67%,其與戶外曝露48週之強度性質相近。

This study used flat-platen pressing to make wood particle-plastic composites and tested with outdoor exposure. The strength of composites was decreased after 48 weeks treated with outdoor exposure. When the quantity of wood particles increased, the strength of the composites decreased more obvious. The mixture ratio of wood particles and plastic were 50:50 and 75:25 showed their retention of the bending strength after outdoor exposure 48 weeks 71% and 65%, respectively. The bending strength of compositesW50P50 retained 86% that treated with boiling water for 2 hours. Which bending strength decreased same to the treatment with outdoor exposure 36 weeks. AIso, the bending strength of composites W75P25 retained 67% same to treatment with outdoor exposure 48 weeks.
