刺竹層積材工字型樑之製造及其強度試驗

摘要


竹子具有良好之吸濕性,是一種非常適合台灣高溫高提氣候特性之綠建築材料,若能永績經營、妥善開發應用,必能改善台灣綠建築材料匱乏的窘境。材料應用於建築上首重於結構安全,而工字型棵構件具有極高的結構效能,故採用目前業界最常見之「鑲入嵌接」、「側接組合」,「木釘接合」等三種加工方法製成工字型樑試體,進行材料結構強度之試驗。透過本研究的分析顯示刺竹層積材縱向抗拉、抗壓與抗彎強度方面皆呈現出良好的強度性質,屬於性質較為穩定的材料,其工字型樑則以「側接組合』的試體整體表現為最佳,且樑腹材愈厚者,破壞載重更佳(載重量:2849.2kgf;位移距離:12.65mm)未來只要經過仔細的設計與品質控制,足以取代許多木製品作為建築材料。

Bamboo has good moist absorption ability, making it an ideal green fabric for Taiwan high temperature and humid climate. If bamboo resources can be well researched, developed and applied, the problem of green fabric deficient in Taiwan will beefficient improved. In the construction industry, it is well known that I-Beam structure performs excellent structure capability. The "tenon joint", "edge joint" and "dowel joint" of I-Beam structure are commonly used methods in the construction industry currently. In this project, the results of vertical compress resistant and bend resistant ability of laminated thorny bamboo represent good strength ability. Edge joint has the best performance among the above mentioned three I-Beam structures. The thicker the belly material, the better the loading strength it is. "loading weight: 2,849kg, displacement distance: 12.65mm." If the bamboo material can be furthered developed and standardized the quality, it is highly believed that it can be an excellent substitute of fabric.
