苯胺黑處理對木質材料抵抗化學溶液侵蝕之探討-(I)表面顏色之變化

摘要


本研究旨在探討苯胺黑處理及其他表面處理對木質材料抵抗化學溶液侵蝕後之顏色變化。實木的表面處理包括苯胺黑處理及塗裝;而組合材類則包含苯胺黑處理、貼薄片及貼美耐板,使材面產生保護作用,再利用不同濃度之酸鹼性溶液滴於材面上並觀察其色差值之變化,以評估其抵抗化學溶被侵蝕之性能。結果顯示,各類木質材料之素材皆會受化學溶液不同程度之侵蝕,而致使木材表面顏色呈現深色化,且隨著濃度之增加逐漸增大。就各種表面處理而言,苯胺黑處理材抵抗化學溶液侵蝕之性能最佳,只有少數的色差值超過肉眼可視之範圈。塗裝處理材之塗裝面亦會受較低濃度(40%以下)之化學溶液侵融,但其色差值變化緩和,然而當濃度高達80%以上時塗膜則會產生膨凸現象,顯示其僅能抵抗低濃度酸鹼液之侵蝕。美耐板之耐化學溶液侵蝕性能較貼薄片與素面合板為佳。纖維板於滴上化學溶液後即產生膨凸現象,故為不耐化學溶液之侵蝕,而且亦不適合使用苯胺黑處理;此外,橡膠片抵抗化學溶液侵蝕之性能亦優良,但比苯胺黑處理之方法略差,而且顏色會呈現淡色化。

The purpose of this research was to investigate the color change of aniline black treatment and other surface treatment on wood-based materials erosion resistance by chemical solution. The solid wood surface treatment included aniline black treatment and coating; and composite wood included aniline black treatment overlaid with veneer rand overlaid with melamine and then using different concentration of acidic or basic solution to drop on the wood surface and then observe its color difference so can evaluate its erosion resistance of chemical solution. The result reveal that raw wood of various wood-based materials will all have the different degrees of erosion by chemical solution, and made wood surface color became dark, and by the increasing concentration, its color was darker. As for various surface treatments, aniline black treatment material showed a better erosion performance to resisted chemical solution, only a few color difference was visible. Coating treatment materials surface was also erosive by low concentration (below 40%) chemical solution, but its color difference changing slowly; however, when its concentration was higher than 80%, coating surface became bulge situation, that meant it could resisted the lower concentration chemical solution erosion. For overlay melamine its performance to resisted chemical solution erosion was better than overlay veneer and raw plywood. As for fiberboard, after dropping chemical solution, it became bulge soon, so it was not resist erosion by chemical solution, and was not suitable to use on aniline black treatment. Furthermore, rubber also had a good performance to resisted chemical solution erosion, but still not so good as aniline black treatment and the color was showing lightly
