多元醇液化木質材料-環氧樹脂之反應特性及其硬化樹脂之熱性質

摘要


本研究將柳杉(Cryptomeria japonica; Japanese cedar)及麻竹(Dendrocalamus latiflorusMunro; Ma bamboo)以聚乙二醇/丙三醇混合液為溶劑,H_2SO_4為催化劑,於150℃反應 75 min進行液化處理,所得液化木質材料與雙酚A型環氧樹脂以不同比例混合調配摻合樹脂,並以熱示差掃描卡量儀(DSC)、熱重量分析儀(TGA)及動態熱機械分析儀(DMA)探討其摻合樹脂之反應性及熱性質。由DSC熱分析顯示,摻合樹脂之硬化過程為一放熱反應,然其放熱現象隨液化木質材料添加量增加而減緩,加熱有助於常溫硬化樹脂進一步之架橋反應。DMA分析顯示以液化柳杉W_1為原料者架橋結構較完整,然隨液化木質材料添加量增加,其結構完整性降低。TGA分析顯示添加液化木質材料之摻合樹脂之耐熱性優於環氧樹脂,其中以採用液化柳杉W_1為原料者有較佳之耐熱性。

This study is aimed at investigating the visual image of Alishan Five-Wood species in Taiwan. Content analysis and experimental testing were used to understand the texture and color of the five wood species. And then, we surveyed wood samples with the semantic differential (SD) measurement psychological questionnaire. The experimental results are summarized as follows: 1. Taiwan cypress ( Chamaecyparis obtuse var. formosana ) the overall image and the tangential and radial section are elegant, refined, warm, soft and natural 2. Taiwan red cypress (Chamaecyparis formosensis) has the overall image tending to be warm, and the tangential section being warm and natural, and the radial section being elegant and refined. 3. Taiwania (Taiwania cryptomerioides) has the overall image tending to be rough and stiff, and the tangential section tends to be rough, and the radial section being stiff; 4. Taiwan hemlock (Tsuga chinensis) seems to be elegant, refined, warm and soft, and be refined warm and soft in the tangential section, and the radial section is classical, elegant and warm. 5. Armand Pine (Pinus armandi var. materiana) has ordinary, meretricious, rough and warm overall image, and ordinary, meretricious, warm and soft in the tangential section, and rough, warm, soft, and artificial in the radial section.
