明式櫃類家具工法之研究
Manufacture Methods of the Ming-style Cupboard Furniture
摘要
明式家具深深影響現代家具的形式風格，是中國古代家具形式風格的高峰，在世界上備受矚目，市場上也出現許多以明式風格製作的家具。許多學者認為明式家具是一門藝術，更是中國家具發展的黃金時期。家具作為社會物質與精神文化的一部分，社會的政治、經濟和文化發展的產物，是文化藝術，反映了特定歷史時期、不同民俗文化傳統和藝術風格。明式風格對於中國家具的研究極為重要，本研究由工法工序切入探討明式風格，並藉由量化分析整合歸納家具各部位構件的形態變化，再藉由量化分析建構明式家具櫃類的工法樹狀圖。研究結果顯示：1.形態量化分析與工法樹狀圖，可視為研究家具形態與製作工法的明確方法架構；2﹒建構工法樹狀圖，得予簡單明瞭的了解明式家具櫃類的工法與工序；3﹒明式櫃類家具工法較為簡易且延續桌類的結構模式；4﹒明式家具量體較小者多以梯形形態呈現。

The Ming style furniture has deeply affected on the forms and style of the modern furniture and it is the peak in the terms of form and style of the Chinese ancient furniture and attracts much attention over the world. There are many furniture of Ming style now. Many scholars consider Ming furniture as an art and the Ming Dynasty is the golden period in the history of the development of the Chinese furniture. As a part of social materials and spiritual culture, the furniture is a social product, closely related with political, economic and cultural development and it is cultural art that reflects different folk cultural traditions and artistic styles. The Ming style is very important to the study on the Chinese furniture. Beginning with manufacture method and manufacture procedure and through quantitative analysis, this study aims to explore the Ming style and integrate and induct the changes of shape of the component in each parts of the furniture before analyze through quantitative analysis the dendrogram of manufacture method in constructing the console table of Ming furniture. The results showed: 1. The shape quantitative analysis and manufacture method dendrogram could be considered as a clear framework of method in researching shape and manufacture method of furniture. 2. Constructing manufacture method could help us easily and clearly understand the manufacture method and procedure of cupboard in Ming furniture. 3. The manufacture method of cupboard in Ming furniture was more simple because it inherited the mode of structure of tables. 4. Most of the Ming furniture that had smaller mass were shown in the form of trapezoid.
