水性PU塗料添加竹炭粉之物性、抗白蟻及抗微生物性能

Physical, Anti-termite, and Anti-microbial Properties of Waterborne Polyurethane Coatings with Addition of Bamboo Charcoal Powder

摘要


本研究係以自行合成之二液型水性聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂(Two-package water-reducible polyol urethane resins, WPU)分別添加5種不同比例之微米竹炭粉調配成塗料,並與市售兩種木材用塗料(水性壓克力樹脂塗料、溶劑型PU塗料),進行塗膜性質、抗黴、抗白蟻及抑制大腸桿菌性能之比較。試驗結果得知,自製WPU添加2.5%微米級竹炭粉所配製之機能性塗料,具有最佳平衡的塗膜物性、優良的抗黴、抗白蟻及抗菌性能,且各種性質優於兩種市售木材用塗料。

In this study, the coatings were made from two-package water-reducible polyol urethane resins (WPU) added five different proportions of bamboo charcoal powder respectively, and compared with both each other and two types of commercial wood coatings (Commercial water-based acrylic lacquer coatings and solvent-based PU coatings) in terms of the film properties, fungal resistance, anti-termite capability and Escherichia coli resistance. The experimental results showed that the functional coating made from WPU added 2.5% micron bamboo charcoal powder had the best balance of coating properties, own the excellent properties of fungal resistance, anti-termite capability and Escherichia coli resistance, and was also better than those two type of commercial wood coatings.
