應用「不連續差數重要度指數原則」探討人工林疏伐之伐木造材作業標準工作量

Evaluating the Felling-Bucking Standard Output of Thinning in Plantation Forest with "Principle of Discontinuous Difference for Weight Index"

本研究以行政院農業委員會林務局4個林區管理處柳杉、杉木、台灣杉、紅檜人工林等共5個作業地為對象,進行疏伐作業之伐木造材工作研究,探討各作業單元之作業時間及分配比例,所得結果為,因地況、林況不同,其中伐木造材作業每株樹平均作業時間為163~611 s,平均為345 s,其中準備收拾所佔比例平均為11.8%,實際作業所佔之比例為71.6%,寬裕所佔之比例為16.6%,平均每人每日工作量為6.1~9.0 m3/man/day;經由統計檢定,以林班標售及行列疏伐之作業方式,其平均工作量有較高之趨勢。藉由迴歸分析及「不連續差數重要度指數原則」得知影響伐木造材各因子之相對權重(重要度)依次為「平均疏伐單木材積」、「林地坡度」、「平均每公頃疏伐材積」及「地面狀況」;根據平均日工作量及重要度分析結果可求得疏伐作業伐木造材之日標準工作量方程式。

This project was undertaken in the five plantations sites of four forest district offices for Taiwan Forestry Bureau, Council of Agriculture. The work study for the felling-bucking of thinning was applied to investigate the operational time and percentage of work unit. The average operational time for each tree was 163-611 s (average 345 s on average), the proportion for preparation-packing, practical operation, and the allowance was 11.8%, 71.6%, and 16.6% respectively. The average output ranged from 6.1-9.0 m3/man/day and the operational outputs for the types of bidding and row thinning were larger in statistical significance. On the other hand, by regression analysis and "principle of discontinuous difference for weight index", the weights of factors affecting felling-bucking operations were estimated. The most important factors were "average volume of single tree", "slope", "thinning volume per hectare" and "ground condition" sequentially. The standard output formula was obtained by the average productivity and factors weight indices.
