柳杉集成元之配置對結構用集成材抗彎性質之影響

Effect of Lamina Configuration on the Bending Properties of Japanese Cedar Structural Glue-laminated Timber

摘要


本研究以國產柳杉(Japanese cedar, Cryptomeria japonica)造林木作為結構用集成材之集成元,並經CNS14630針葉樹結構用製材分等標準進行集成元分等後,進行同等級與異等級結構用集成材之設計,並探討其集成元之構成對結構用集成材之性質影響。結果指出,以彈性模數分等方式或以非破壞試驗方式進行集成元等級區分,較目視分等為佳。此外,以E50級集成元以上等級所研製之同等級集成材均能符合E55-F225之最低強度要求;透過集成設計將高等級集成元配置於集成材之外側,研製成異等級集成材,則可有效提升國產柳杉中低等級材之應用性,本研究所設計之異等級集成材均可符合E55-F200之最低要求。

In this study, domestic Japanese cedar plantation wood was used as laminae of structural glue-laminated timber (glulam), after grading in accordance with CNS14630 standard, to construct homogeneous and heterogeneous-grade structural glued laminated timber, and the effect of laminae configuration on the bending properties of structural glulam was investigated. The experimental results indicated that grading by E-grading method or non-destructive method would distinct grades more effectively than visual grading did. Furthermore, homogeneous-grade glulam constructed using E-50 grade laminae could meet the minimum requirement of E55-F225 grade. Placing the laminae of higher grades near the two outer sides to develop heterogeneous-grade glulam would improve the efficiency of utilization for domestic Japanese cedar of medium-to-low grades. Those heterogeneous-grade glulam developed in this study could meet the minimum requirement of E55-F200 grade.
