台灣森林經營者的永續商業模式

Sustainable Business Model for Taiwanese Forest Organization

摘要


林產業的企業或組織,若仍採用一般傳統的商業模式,創造與傳遞產品或服務價值,是無法滿足目前現今顧客及利害相關方的需求,因此也就無法獲取產品或服務的價值。經營者可以利用傳統商業模式:價值提議,價值創造與傳遞、價值獲取三要素,導入經濟可行、環境保護、維護社會公平正義之永續經營概念,建立台灣森林的永續商業模式。如此森林經營的企業或組織才能獲取顧客及利害相關方的價值利益。

Taiwanese forest firms or organizations could not apply traditional business model to provide forest products and services and satisfy customers' and stakeholders' needs. To capture value of customers and stakeholders, the forest firms and organizations should use three elements of traditional business model ( i.e., Value proposition, Value creation and delivery, and Value capture) and integrate sustainable concepts into their sustainable forest business model. Therefore, forest firms or organizations could probably capture customers' and stakeholders' value.
