添加不同植物奈米纖維素纖維對於紙張強度之影響

Effects of Different Plant NCF Added on the Paper Strength Properties

摘要


本研究係選取不同種類之植物纖維,分別比較長枝竹(Bambusa dolichoclada)、月桃(Alpinia zerumbet)、雁皮漿(Winstroemia silkokianai)、短纖棉漿(Cotton linters)及漂白針葉木硫酸鹽漿(NBKP),於相同條件之TEMPO法製備成奈米纖維素纖維,並進行熱重分析、傅立葉轉換紅外光譜分析、羧酸鹽含量測定、掃描式電子顯微鏡觀察以及聚合度測定,藉以分析其差異並確認奈米化程度,再以10%比例添加抄造手工紙並進行紙張性質測定,進而測試紙張之強度性質,期望尋找出最適化之紙張奈米纖維素添加量。

In this study, different types of plant fibers, Bambusa dolichoclada, Alpinia zerumbet, Winstroemia silkokianai, cotton linters, and bleached softwood kraft pulp (NBKP), Prepared nanocellulose fiber by TEMPO method under the same conditions, and measured by thermogravimetric analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, carboxyl groups content, scanning electron microscopy and polymerization degree, analyzed the differences and confirmed the degree of nanometerization. Add 10% to the hand sheet and evaluated by paper properties such as, tensile strength and folding strength of the paper were measured. Hope to find the optimized addition of nanocellulose fibers.
