竹纖維加固樹脂複合材料之發展與特性

摘要


加固樹脂複合材料為目前快速發展的重要材料類型,而在環境危害、永續生產與輕量化等考量下,生物纖維開始備受關注。其中竹材具備優異的性能、快速的生長優勢與成熟的加工技術。隨著竹纖維加固樹脂(Bamboo Fiber Reinforced Polymer, BFRP)的研究蓬勃發展,業界也已有相關的應用。本文旨在介紹BFRP及其具代表性的相關研究,並以兩大樹脂系統進行分類。期望藉歸納相關的差異、影響因子與成品的力學性能,為往後國內發展相關技術建立基本知識。

The reinforced-polymer composite is currently an important type of material that is rapidly developing. However, in consideration of environmental hazards, sustainable production and lightweight, biofibers have begun to attract attention. Among them, bamboo has excellent performance, rapid growth advantages and mature processing technology. With the vigorous development of bamboo fiber reinforced resin (BFRP), applications have also applied in industry. This article aims to introduce BFRP and its representative related researches and classify it into two major resin systems. By summarizing the relevant differences, influencing factors and the mechanical properties of the finished product, we can establish basic knowledge for the development of related technologies in Taiwan.
