摘要
運用Tarcza及Garth所設計的Three-dose assays來作為Tetracycline及Oxytetracycline標準品之標定法，並檢討造成實驗偏差的可能原因。

In order to establish our own antibiotic standards, we used the three-dose assays designed by Tarcza and Garth to standardize tetracycline and oxytetracycline. In this study, we also considered the possible causes that made the deviation of the results.
