摘要

Lysozyme製劑之定量法隨着製造廠家之不同其檢體酵素之萃取方法亦各有所差異。同一檢體若以不同方法進行萃取，所得結果差異甚大。本研完探討出若磨碎後的檢體粉末，先溶於0.1N鹽酸，作酵素之萃取，過濾後取適量體積，再以M/15磷酸緩衝液(pH 6.2)稀釋至力價為2.5μg/ml，爾後與基質液Micrococcus lysodeikticus作用10分鐘並規測定其640nm波長之吸光度，發現此萃取法適用於不同廠牌檢體，並且可大大提高受測檢體力價。

Different pretreatment procedures may give different results on the assay of lysozyme preparations. A standard pretreatment procedure was developed, for the analysis of samples from different manufactures. The results showed that this procedure is applicable to the samples from the seven manufacturers studied in this paper.
