市售枸杞子之含鉛量調查研究

Investigation on Lead Content in Marketed Fructus Lycii

摘要


由全省各縣市抽購枸杞子檢體117件,以灰化法前處理後,再以原子吸光光度法測定含鉛量。測試結果發現在117件檢體中,含鉛量最高者為3.45PPm,大部分在l.50ppm以下,其中有兩件未檢出,平均含鉛量為1.27ppm。

One hundred and seventeen samples of Fructus Lycii were bought from the market. All of the samples were pretreated with ashing method and the lead content was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results showed that the highest lead content of 117 samples was 3.45ppm, 97 of them below 1.50ppm, two of them not-detected and the average lead content was 1.27ppm.
