藥材中重金屬含量調查
Survey on the Content of Heavy Metals of the Marketed Crude Drugs

In order to survey the content of lead, copper, cadmium and mercury in crude drugs, 300 samples were analyzed. Sample were prepared by Sulfuric acid-Nitric acid digestion for mercury or by the method of residue on ignition determination for lead, copper and cad- mium, then determined by AAS. The results are: lead: from ND (Not Detected) to 26.48ppm; copper: from ND to 19.48ppm; cadmium: from ND to 1.2ppm; mercury: from ND to 0.554ppm.
