摘要

麻黃藥材中之麻黃（生、僉）以甲醇抽提4小時後，利用氣相層析儀於Column:1% Corbowax 20 M on Chromssorb W-H.P 80/100 mesh，Detecter: FID之條件下獲得良好的分離效果，其麻黃（生、僉）含量在0.84~2.30%之間，回收率亦達99.2%，用以定量簡捷省時。

A Simple, rapid and raliable gas chromatographic method for determination of ephedrine in Ephedra Herba is described. The condition for gas chromatography were as follows; cloumn: 1% Carbowax 20 M on chromosorb W-H P 80/100, column temperature: 132℃, injection and detector temperature 170℃, detector: FID, carrier gas flow rate: N2 30ml/min. By this method, the contents of ephedrine in 30 marketed samples were from 0.84% to 2.30% and the recovery was 99.2%.
