市售可樂飲料中磷酸含量之調查
Survey on Sanitation of Phosphoric Acid Content in Cola-Drinks

In an attempt to understand whether commerical cola-drinks had contain phosphoric acid, one hundred and nine Samples were puchased from market and analyzed during Sept 1986 through June, 1987. The results show that two samples were formd undetectable, whereas others contained phosphoric acid between 0.01~0.99g/kg. Among them 5 samples (4.6%). exceded the permitted allowance (less than 0.6g/kg)
