市售紫草藥材總紫草醌含量調查

摘要

為了解市售紫草之品質，於民國75年10月抽購50件軟紫草檢體（北部32件；中部12件；南部6件），以氯仿為溶媒，抽取紫紅色色素，再用分光光度計測定“總紫草醌”(Total shikonin)含量。測試結果含量最低為0.28%，最高為5.87%，平均為1.13%。

In order to understand the content of total shikonins in commerical Macrotomiae Radix (Macrotomia euchroma (R(subscript OYLE)) P(subscript AULS)), Fifty samples were extracted with chloroform and spectrophotometrically determined for their shikonin contents by their absorption at the wavelength of 525nm. The results showed that the contents of total shikonins ranged from 0.28 to 5.87%, with an average of 1.13%.
