摘要

本系統之目的在提供檢驗研究人員利用電腦繪製檢量線、標準曲線及回收曲線，並求出直線之線性。此外，亦提供內插法進行檢驗結果之計算。本系統係於中文系統環境下，利用最小平方法(The least-square method)求出曲線之線性方程式，再以圖形模式繪出每一個資料點及其迴歸直線。研究人員可利用此系統檢討檢驗方法之適用性，一般檢驗人員亦可利用此系統檢討每次檢驗之精密度，並直接求出檢驗結果。

This system was designed to evaluate the linearity of a standard curve, calibration curve or recovery curve. The users were able to plot those curves simultaneously according to the least-square method and compute the results directly.
