藥物食品檢驗局對照標準品之力價標定－PENICILLIN-G SODIUM
Reference Standard of Penicillin-G Sodium at the National Laboratories of Foods and Drugs
摘要
本文為藥物食品檢驗局對照標準品penicillin-G sodium（批號L-1）之力價標定報告。其標定方法係將取得之原料藥與U.S.P．標準品比對，作微生物力價測定，所得之結果為每mg之penicillin-G sodium含penicillin-G力價1583.9IU。

The ”Penicillin-G Sodium Reference Standard (Lot No. L-1)” of the National Laboratories of Foods and Drugs was assayed. The potency was determined by the microbiological agar diffusion method. The results against the U. S. P. Reference Standard were established with a potency of 1583.9IU per mg. It was determined that this will serve as the ”Penicillin-G Sodium Reference Standard”.
