台灣地區市售DEXAMETHASONE錠劑之品質調查
An Investigation for the Quality of Dexamethasone Tablets in Taiwan Area
摘要
為瞭解市售Dexamethasone錠劑之品質狀況，終民國七十九年七月至八十年六月間，自全省各縣市藥局，藥房抽購檢體30件，依USP VXII版所載方法並參考本局有關文獻資料予以檢驗，結果含量不符合規定者計2件，不合格率為6.7%，若加重量差異及崩散度等檢驗項目，則不符合規定者計6件，不合格率提高為20％。

In order to understand the quality of dexamethasone tablets, thirty samples were purchased from Taiwan area during 1991 fiscal year, All the samples were determined by the methods discribed in the USP XXII and USP XXI. The results showed that 6 samples (20%) failed to meet the general test and assay requirement of the government regulation.
